Worst Bojangles i been too by far, my fry’s were cold and soggy, tenders were dry and nugget sized one looked like scrap meat, lemonade tasted watery and tap water, bo berry biscuit’s were hard as a rock wouldn’t even serve it to my worst enemy. i came at 9 pm today on a Saturday i understand poor service from a fast food chain but not this terrible.

Food was hot & the service was the usual for a drive thru these days. What I didn’t realize is when I got home there was no salt on their fries. They were very plain. If they’ve stop doing that then they should remember to ask is you want that on your fries!!

Food was good, as is expected from Bojangles, but it took over 20 minutes to get my order. Even after the long wait, my order wasn’t correct, as they gave me mashed potatoes instead of mac n cheese.

I stopped by last night around 9pm to get 3 hungry dancers food. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I was greeted appropriately. I asked the employee to give me a minute to finalize our order. Maybe 60 seconds later, I told her I was ready. There was no answer back. I gave them another minute and no answer. So I let her know again that I was ready when she was. After the third time of me letting this person know I was ready, they came back on the intercom and said, we are busy in here, so please wait. The speaker was cracking and almost inaudible. After that, we decided to leave. The same three cars were sitting in the same place at the drive-thru window, that were there when we came. There was no one in the restaurant, just employees.

Originally waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes or more. I ordered 6 supremes and fries with extra seasoning. After I finally got my food, they had only given me 4 and a half supremes (ice cold) and fries with absolutely no seasoning. I drove around and knocked on the door for 5 minutes until someone finally noticed me. She motioned for me to go back through the drive thru. There were 6 cars at a stand still in the drive thru. So I drove back around and knocked at the other door. Same girl motioned for me to go through the drive thru. So I did. Waited 10 more minutes in the drive thru. Finally get to the window and explain what was wrong with my order and that I had now been waiting 25 minutes. Told them I wanted fresh food. As I’m telling them this, a girl came over and closed the drive thru window on me as I was talking. Probably mad that she sucks at her job and annoyed that I actually came back to get my correct order. Waited 5 more minutes and then finally got my correct order. Girl who slammed the door in my face didn’t say a word and had a terrible attitude. I just wanted my correct order and THEY were giving ME an attitude and being extremely rude. Fast food workers suck so bad nowadays and yet they think they’re so much better than the customer, at least the ones who work the 9pm shift. All the workers at this bojangles during the day are extremely kind and respectful, which is why I’m so annoyed and disappointed with the service I got tonight. I usually hate when people post reviews like this but I was so blatantly disrespected that I just had to say something.

I’ve been two times in the span of two weeks and both times I went my family and I have gotten the best bojangles we have ever had. the biscuits are just the perfect amount of fluffy and crispy. The chicken tenders are so crispy.
