Best salads around! Might come here for other things and they are great but that buttermilk ranch is legit. Rolls and bread are always so tasty. Service is prompt and food is always as advertised. The kids meals very affordable and delicious shoe string fries. Clearly hand battered tenders.

Great Service and Consistently Solid Food. Great spot for the family and plenty of gluten sensitive options. Short smoked salmon is great both as an entree and salad. Try the warm goat cheese if you get the salad.

Awesome place! Start with the rolls which reminded me of an unglazed donut hole. delightful and ordering helps support a great cause. Main course was some of the best Pecan Crusted Trout I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I can never pass up Key Lime pie and their rendition is a must try! Everything here makes for a wonderful night out, whether it be for work or fun. Definitely a must eat at for the area and would be a favorite if I lived here!

I have frequented the DMV area and was not aware of this restaurant (unfortunately). We stayed in the Springfield area and just happened to come across it during our food search. The food here was well worth the decision. I would recommend, even if it is not in your local area. A motto on the wall “Be nice or go home” which I really liked, lol.

so far in 2 visits here i have had the rolls, prime rib medium, drunken steak medium, and tex mex egg rolls… DELICIOUS DELICIOUS DELICIOUS!! great , fast, quick service both times… this is quickly becoming my favorite spot… they need a more variety of steak sauces though, not just A1.. nevertheless, i shall return!!

This is a nice casual restaurant that has been around for a number of years. My recent visit was pleasant, make reservations to get seated quickly as evenings are popular. The bread with honey butter is amazing. It’s worth spending the $1.00. I had the crab cakes with filet mignon and my wife had just the filet mignon. We both found the meat tender but lacking any flavor. The burger was good and their fries are super thin, while not my favorite, my daughter and friend loved them. Service is fine, but this was not fine dining.

Wow amazed from servers with the cleanest white shirt first in DMV, I’ve been all over you can see my reviews this are the cleanest waiters, it opened my appetite, I couldn’t decide where to go for my lunch date with my significant other. And He surprised me here at Mike’s American grill. I wasn’t disappointed at all. The service was amazing, the ambience was great, and the food was savory. I went here about a decade ago with a couple college buddies and I’m happy to say that the experience remains exquisite. The atmosphere provides sublime ambience for you and your party to enjoy. The staff was professional, polite, humorous, and pleasant to converse. The food was spectacular all around. I had the fried oysters, calamari, salmon, and key lime pie.
