There was no staff present at the counter and no signs explaining the reason. I waited 30mins and finally one person showed up from the back of the kitchen. They simply don’t care customer service or they are very understaffed. I paid for the price of a roasted duck but he packed the chicken inside. The chicken is cheaper than the duck. I have been there to order other food items and they are not fresh. 99 ranch should change the food vendor or hire professional management to operate this place.

So far, all the things I tried are below average or bad. Dimsum sticky rice is blah… Soy sauce chicken is blanche. Roast duck is dry and not tasty. Very disappointing.

Breakfast of Taiwanese Champions. I haven’t had youtiao (like a stick of fried dough) and hot doujiang (soybean milk) to dunk it in since I lived in Taiwan, LONG time ago, and it was so delicious! Only the option for salty doujiang would make me happier, I’m still five star happy!
