Okay, they get 5 STARS so you all can read this. They are not good at making blizzards. Mine was poorly made and the snickers in my blizzard tasted very nasty and it wasn’t fresh. They didn’t even fill the cup up. It was a quarter shy. ***The DQ located in Albany on Oglethorpe has a better blizzard.

The customer service was good from all staffed employees at the time of my visit. The girl who took our order did great…. until an issue with the food arose, which happened to be the food that she prepared …so it was kind of a big deal! Although the manager didn’t fully relate to the issue, she did resolve it so that’s why I’m rating a 3.

Stopped for DQ Raspberry Bliss blizzard and an order of onion rings only to find that DQ is closed. Take sign off of the information sign on highway if it’s closed.

We ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders box. After eating one, we noticed something funky. Under the thin crispy layer was warm, pink, raw chicken. I took it up to the staff (2 people working) and was apologized to, offered something else, or a refund, but it just seemed like this happens often. They weren’t phased at all. Just kept saying the cook didn’t know you have to cook the chicken longer when you’re frying multiple things… Just, odd. I feel like given the circumstance, and seriousness of the situation, they were a bit too chill about it.

I’ve visited several dairy queens and my blizzards always look consistent, however today once returning home I noticed my blizzard looked like a large cup of plain soft serve ice cream. I poured my blizzard out and after it melted I literally had 6 pieces of cookie dough in a large blizzard. I also had a BOGO coupon and got charged $.99 to use that!?!? Will not be back.

They closed just over 20 minutes early and were extremely rude when we pulled up tongue drive through. We ended up going into the gas station thats attached for drinks since they closed up early, and could hear the employees cussing while they closed down.
