Delicious tortas and food! The two brothers running this food truck were so nice and helpful with picking out my lunch. The food truck is in a nice new park area in Tigard, making it a perfect spot to sit and enjoy your food. I am excited to come back in the future!

AMAZING. We regularly travel into Portland for the food pods and we are SO happy that Tigard is starting to create their own pod. My husband and I split a smoked pulled pork torta and it was delicious. The torta is huge, definitely able to split between two people. It comes with freshly made chips and salsa. We loved both the red (spicy) and green salsas. They also serve breakfast which we are excited to try. Very happy with our experience!

Excellent Torta spot! It’s hard to find a good Torta in this area but West Coast Torta Co does an excellent job filling the void. Their bread is a great base for sandwiches and the Birria Queso was very tender. Fresh made chips and salsa was a great add on and the salsa roja had a great taste and just enough spice. The horchata was tasty. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.

I was really excited to try this place because the whole menu looks great. Went on opening day so I expected it to be busy, but it did take an hour to get our food. The tortas and chips tasted great, but there was a black hair in our tacos, the eggs in my torta were over easy when I asked for omelette, and our salsa verde cup was just half full. I will definitely give them another try when they aren’t so busy!

We went on opening day and understand how hectic it can be. This review is not based on the 90-minute wait for mediocrity. We spent the first 45 minutes studying the menu and were confident and committed that this was going to be the right move for lunch.

Great quality food. You can tell chips and salsa are home made. We had the birria queso and the carne asada tortas and they were both super tasty. My husband thought he was going to need more food but he definitely didn’t! We will be back
