I stopped by Jimmy John’s late in the evening, and I was the only customer there. The staff members were quick to greet me, take my order, and work fast to get my sandwich prepared. They definitely deserve praise for their efficient service and speedy preparation.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! We ordered online and picked up. when we opened our unwich’s “2” of them keep in mind. we found bugs all over the lettuce. began to look deeper and realized that there was a nesting of them! I called up to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t give me his name, told him about my issue with both of our sandwiches and acted like he didn’t care. I proceeded to tell him that i was going to bring the sandwiches up to show him. He then responded with ” if that what you think you should do”. Very unprofessional and never apologized. Instead it seemed like he had an attitude because i found the bugs and i was complaining.. Will NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER JJ AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I went there last weekend. The young man was very nice. However, when he was done fixing my sandwich, he just gave me the sandwich with no bag. I asked for a sack and he just sat the bag next to the sandwich and didn’t even put it in there for me. I think we all know that Jimmy John’s is way too expensive for that type of customer service.

Amazing amazing staff. Our little boy came in with us and they loved him, one of the employees purchased him a cookie! The GM came in with his wife, we stood and spoke to them for 20 mins about our newborn baby!! They gave us great service, food was all made correct and freaky fast! Would definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in the area! We are from Nebraska and will stop here everytime we visit!

I love this location! The employees are always friendly and the food is always fresh. I went today around 12:30 and Felix was by himself with 12 customers waiting for sandwiches. He pumped them out as fast as he could while still covering the counter and phone. With everyone being so short staff at the moment we definitely appreciate people like Felix working hard and trying his best to satisfy everyone. You rock Felix!

The Customer Service is always good. However, Jimmy John’s has gone up in prices but, down in portions. They now give less meat on their sandwich’s, unacceptable. We ordered the Turkey and it was ALL lettuce and bread. We had to stop by the store and buy more meat for our sandwich. THAT should NOT happen. FALSE ADVERTISING.

The girl with the thin red ponytail was very rude. If she can’t handle the lunch rush then she need to find a sit down job PERIOD! Then it was another customer in there said that they are slow and the guy told her not to come back very bad customer service skill. Other then that the wrap was very good.
