Only car in the drive through at about 7:30 pm. No one in the lobby. We ordered 2 meals and 1 extra sandwich. Watched as the 4 employees inside sat around talking and looking at their phones for about 20 mins before realizing our food had been sitting in a bag in the warmer for a while and bringing it to us. Everything was ice cold. Fries weren’t seasoned. Save the headache and go to Culver’s across the street

Honestly it’s pathetic. Kids play to much at work and get away with it because everyone is so scared to say anything because all these young people cry about how they feel attacked all the time by adults. I pulled up with 1 car in the drive thru, lobby closed, (yet there was 6 people inside playing around). Got to the window and the car in front of me was asked to pulled up and wait in a parking spot, I was asked to pull up to the railing, and the car behind me was asked to parked and just now after 7 minutes of waiting another car is pulled into a parking spot. I know they are timed in the drive thru and now we have 4 cars waiting. I’m literally picking up a door dash for 1 whopper, 1 chesseburg and I order of small fries and you can’t get that out within 10 mins. Pathetic. The managers are worse because they don’t so anything about it. I will never come back.

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Asked for them to be fresh and was told all their food is fresh. Not always the case hence why I requested that my food be fresh. Felt the response was unwarranted and rude. Gave them cash to pay for the food and they didn’t give me my change at the window. Instead asked for me to pull up and they said they’ll bring out the change. They didn’t and I had to ask the worker who brought out my food. The sandwiches were good as they were made per my request.
