Let’s just say I have never been inside of this place. We always order it ahead thru the app or call the place and just picked it up there when it is ready. So far we never got any problem with our order. We never wait for a long time plus the parking lot is always available. The place is very close to home so not a problem if we wait for a Lil longer. We always get the right order as we always requested. The staffs are very nice which is also the reason we always buy here. I would highly recommend this place.

Protests these so-called “service fees” by not buying from Pizza Hut. Reason for service fee on red placard is for the cost of doing business in California. Isn’t this formulated into cost of product that is being sold. Done with Pizza Hut. There are other pizza companies that would love to have my loyalty buying their product once a week.

The scheduling manager should make sure all shifts and positions are staffed properly and adequately. It should not take 2 and half hours and 3 phone calls to get an order delivered. I have gone back and the service and the food met a better expectation.

Don’t order delivery at night. I get off work late so I ordered at night and I know they get tired by the end of the day but to not even season my garlic bread sticks? Just sad. Used to never have these problems before. Whoever they put working at night is either overwhelmed and needs help or just downright lazy.

Payed for extra sauge and blk olives and received not even the normal amounts also several slices were folded over! Not even close for the extra money I paid and had to wait for a second pizza! Better but still not worth the money! New pizza place for me@ dont waste your money and time!

I cannot stand a lazy manager who can’t get off her butt to help a new worker. It isn’t busy, but I’m waiting 40 minutes over my 17 minute wait for them to bring me an incorrect pizza. Do better Pizza Hut! Hire better managers to help train your new workers! Side note- I feel bad for the new worker. She is worth more and will leave for a better opportunity sooner rather later. As for the manager, she will be stuck at a low income jobs until she gets a grip on her work ethic. 8/14/2021 8:00 pm

It was easy to make order on app. I received text messages letting me know status of order. Delivery person rang doorbell to ensure pizza was delivered to correct address. Delivery person wore a mask and stood 6 feet from my door which I appreciated. Food arrived warm and matched the order I put on app.

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, with extra pepperoni then changed my mind for just regular pepperoni and when I called and finally got a person to talk to a little too long advertisement he said he would change order. When I picked up order there were 2 cheese & 2 pepperoni. No charge for the cheese pizza just the pepperoni. Great customer service
