Came here at like 11 pm, with no one else in the dining area. First, they got my mom’s hashbrowns wrong, and then we waited 30 minutes on my uncles waffle and coffee. They charged us for the waffle we did not get, and we never received the coffee. They served our food in togo boxes and cups? Like what??? Also, grits had a weird texture. Servers spent more time socializing than actually serving. I could continue, but overall, awful service. Dakota seemed pretty nice, though. Kudos to Dakota.

Came to this Waffle on many occasions but with my last three visits there i found the tables nasty from previous diners and i don’ t understand why can’t guest got to sit at a table before someone comes to clear and clean the tables. No one wants to sit at a nasty table when entering to eat. The tables should be cleaned as soon as people leave. I walk in go to a and it’s nasty, i turn right around and leave. No reason for guest having to go to a nasty table before it’s clean. This day May 27th 2023.

Sometimes it great with 100 people inside and wonderful service. While sometime with only 1-5 people in the restaurant the service is not so great. Orders mixed up and no one checking to see if you need drink refills.

Absolutely disgusting once again how i was treated. I went on Mother’s Day morning and I ordered to go, the young man who took my order was very nice. However, the person infront of me and behind me got their food and left within 10 minutes. I had been sitting there for 20 minutes when i watched a lady yell at the young man getting my food together….”In house first’….she walked over to my bag of food, reaches in, grabbed a waffle and then plopped it on a plate and took it to a table to eat. Almost 30 minutes I had to wait to finally get ALL my food. It was all cold and soggy by the time i got to eat it. I have an issue every single time i come in but this was just ridiculously disgusting….just horrible!

No wait upon arrival. Immediately seated in a booth. Food came fast and our waitress was good as well. Later for the days of the 8.95 all star they’re now $11 but you still full off your meal and everyone pricing has gone up so I get it.

This place is garbage! At 5am a security guard unlocked the door and said that they were not taking any orders. I asked him why and he said that he did not know. Yet the cooks were visible from the window. Lazy people!
