Twice in a row our order was wrong. Was told we would get a free pizza then got there and they charged us for the free pizza. Never going back again. Sad I used to love papa John’s pizza. How hard is it to make a pizza the way the ticket says

I ordered 2 pizzas, and a 6 piece wing. My order arrived 20 min later that expected one of my pizzas wasn’t even cut, and my wings were plain when I had asked for honey chipotle. Over all not very happy with service and delivery food was ok and kinda cold.

Ordered some wings. Got an email that it would be over an hour. So I called to cancel and was put on hold for over 15 min while the same one min recording played over and over. Eventually hung up without cancelling, glad I didn’t pay with a credit card before pickup, as it is not my problem that they wasted that food since I attempted to call and cancel. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Would give zero stars if I could. Messed up the entire order. Pizza barely warm and not what I ordered at all. Couldn’t even get salad dressing right. Order info was correct on box – so don’t understand except for incompetency why I didn’t receive what I ordered.

Everything about this store is great. My only negative is the area it is in attracts some iffy people.. i try to not let that affect my experience in the restaurant, however, sometimes it causes me to question exiting my vehicle.. 5 stars to Papa John’s itself & it’s employees though!
