I went to this place about 11:30 a.m. this morning October 20th 2017 ordered two bean and cheese rice burritos and to tostadas had to repeat the order twice when I got the total I knew something was wrong when I drove up to the window I got my order only got two tostadas and one bean and cheese and rice burrito no receipt. The two tostadas I ordered were thrown together on one side see picture included. its time for Taco Bell corporation to look at some of their Taco Bells in this area

I got my food a few nights ago & was totally disappointed. I ordered 2 beef chalupa Supreme & 2 cheesy been& rice burritos. l get home to find the meat in chulupas is salty as hell, and cheesy bean & rice on has cheese on one of them & u could barely taste it . For the prices this company charges the food should be properly prepared better than this. I’m going to get up with people I know to contact the main headquarters about this. People are spending money & basically getting slop ! Maybe the health board need tissue be notified first this area .

Great service and fast. I always order 3 tacos with no lettuce and a five layer burrito with no sour cream add rice. They always get my order right and they don’t skimp on the meat. Delicious. Great job by these Taco Bell Chefs!!!

Honestly Taco Bell is one of my children’s favorite place to go. Last night on the other hand there was a staff of 5 but the service was slow and the cashier had a nasty attitude. I felt like if she didn’t want to be at work then the manager should have sent her home. My order came out cold after I waited almost 15 minutes for 12 tacos to be made. So upon request for order to be remade the cashier and another employee were upset. They even told me “It just was made” which was a lie. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Uncaring employees, tacos were stale and I had gotten hoe had to come back for exchange no apologies were given and cashier acted as if she had paid for my food I almost got into an argument with her to replace my order. The person who prepared my order as more pleasant than the cashier was. Every time I go to this location on McDowell and Suncrest I have a bad order just this time I finally said something.

This is the worst place when it comes to door dashing. They do not care at all to get orders out and i stood asking for help for 5 minutes just for them to mouth off and not help at all. My door dash orfer was 20 minutes late thanks to taco bell. If you are looking for taco bell for door dash you will wait a while on this one.

The evening shift us nothing but young kids. I had to pull around and wait 10 minutes and the girl would not walk my food across to me. She had the nerve to waive me over to the door. Then she was rude as hell. Not to mention my food was fixed wrong after all that. Horrible experience!!
