This little hidden gem has fantastic food and friendly service. Food takes a bit of time, but it’s all made to order so worth it as it is super fresh and delicious. The reason it only gets 4 starts from me is that the dining room needs some love. If they have enough business to spruce it up a bit, it would certainly get 5 stars. But I think most of their business is local takeout, so that may not happen. Regardless, stop in!!

I came to visit my daughter at Chico state and her friends recommended this place. The outside seems a little shady, but the cooks are absolutely amazing and kind. Food was so delicious and the service was great. Wait time was only around 7-10 mins. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Really close off Highway 70.

You know when you have to enter from the side or through a store to get to the restaurant in the back the food is going to be amazing. This is a legit whole in the wall. The food is knock your socks off good! Hand made tortillas, birria de res y birria de chivo. Sometimes tamales, birria y pazole on the weekends. Lucina is a wonder woman running. the show. Amazingly, all the food is on point.
