ALWAYS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THAT GIRL EMILY. While ordering at the menu board every request I asked for they vetoed. The lady taking my order didn’t even try to suggest anything. Not the best customer service voice. Waited about 5-10 minutes for our food. I asked the boy who ran my food who took my order and he said Emily. Came home saw one of my burgers were wrong. Called to get a new one, Emily again argued with my friend and told her she was rude. Within 4 minutes from the call I was there picking up the new burger. The same boy I asked for the name then told me I can’t get my burger because I didn’t bring the wrong one. Saying he need to see that’s its wrong. I asked for the manger. They’re still Holding the burger from me I see Emily taking the burger to the back for about 1 minute. I asked her what she do to it because it’s for my 3 year old daughter. I then asked her what’s her name, she lied to me saying it’s Sarah. Then I told her why are you lying I know it’s Emily. Then told me she can’t and doesn’t want to tell me any other mangers name. Terrible customer service every time I go and when she handles us. If she really is a manger she needs a mentor.

Haydin and Emily were literally the best! They were super sweet, and dropped what they were doing to take my order. Emily did a fantastic job with my blizzard, and I highly doubt anyone could make it as good as her. Deserves a raise for sure.

This was the worst Dq I ever been too, employees were rude and argued with you. I order a strawberry sundae and they gave me one strawberry on it. I’m not joking.. when I asked the work about it she told me there would be an additional charge. Then I said maybe you should have done it right and she said not my problem and closed the door.

Emily is literally the best!! I was sitting in my beat up old car, eating a double cheeseburger and a blizzard. She saw how beat up my car was and walked out and handed me the keys to her brand new Lamborghini! I asked her why she was being so generous and she said it’s an act of kindness and to pass it on. She then offered me a hundred dollars as well to which I replied double it and give it to the next person! Gob bless Emily!
