When we came in there was no one in the kitchen to serve us. They were all in the back playing on their phones. Took over 10 minutes to be served. After we got served he rung us up for a roast beef when we asked for a beef and cheddar. He didn’t ring us up for our loaded fries we had ordered and made us pay for it when we were already waiting over 15 minutes for our meal. We were not even greeted. Won’t be back to this location. I’ll just go to the one on 41st. Terrible terrible service

I’m not saying I’ll never be back because let’s face it, its Arbys. But there is definitely some room for improvement. I orders several items including a chicken bacon and swiss sandwich w/o lettuce tomato. When I got my food I glanced in the bag, counted the items and left. Upon arriving at home, changing my clothes and setting down to eat I found that I had gotten a regular chicken sandwich. No bacon, no swiss, and of course lettuce and tomato. I got back in my car and drove back up there. At 1025 (store closes at 1030) the lights were already out. I could get a response at the door so I drove around to the drive through window. And knock on the glass. Some kid yelled “we are closed” and walked away. I honked the horn till someone else came to the window and agreed to fix my sandwich. But no offer for anything to reimburse me for my time and gas. Very dissatisfied.
