Came here for some ice cream. It was incredibly busy so the long wait time wasn’t unexpected. Staff were very friendly and we sat outside on the benches. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’m glad to call this my neighborhood DQ!

I know they said that their location is new and to just understand that it’s new staff, but they only had one person running register running the drive-thru cooking everything. The lady at the front even checked to make sure all my food was in here and yet the gravy is gone and the chicken looks like The cook needs to go back to school…

Was served a completely melted blizzard. I was the only one at the location at 11:45am. They didn’t flip the blizzard and it had a cover over it looks like to hide that it was melted. I asked about their policy of a free sm blizzard if they didn’t flip it. The employee (african-american woman) yelled at me to “keep it moving” and to “get outta here” I then asked for the manager (white male brown hair) who came to the window and told me that they don’t have the coupons and that they don’t do that. I showed him the melted blizzard and asked for a refund which he said “don’t come in the afternoon time because the ice cream is melted” like what? He then accused me of “causing problems” but did finally give me a refund. Totally crazy experience and rude employees. I’m not sure if I’ll go here again. Not until they change over staff. 1-Star

My favorite Dairy Queen. Friendly staff, drive thru, and they give my pup a little cup of ice cream every time I go through the drive thru. VERY friendly staff, especially for fast food. Always a great experience.

Very from 2 – 4 stars depending on employee working. Today they accidentally (?) gave me 4 instead of 6 tender meal, so I went back and they gave me the two. Likely, the smallest ones they had… This location is close to home, so if I go, it’s here. They have grumpy and impatient employees at this location. Not everyone! But, man, I’m pregnant, sharing the meal, and having an emotional day. Looks as tho they gave me less fries than normal too, maybe that’s just a location thing. Not a huge deal, but I was hungry. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate when getting the 2 tenders and was nervous they’d spit in it. Was I the difficult customer because I asked two questions on blizzards in the drive through.. the manager ended up helping me, maybe I was annoying. Idk.If you want dairy queen this location has quick service even when they’re understaffed, but they don’t have time to wait for you to make decisions, know what you want. Do not ask any questions, seriously, they don’t know the answer or have time. Summertime they can be super slow because under staffed and everyone wants dairy queen when hot

This place is an impressive level of horrible. Four of us at work ordered food and blizzards on the App. When we got there, our food was ready and sitting on the Warner. we stood at the counter for over 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After another 5 minutes one of the employees asked if she could help us. We explained we had 4 mobile orders to pick up. She needed to go find to-go bags and then started bagging up the 1st order. Then she answered her cell phone and had a couple minute conversation. After her phone call she started loading more food into a bag and I realized it was the wrong food and started to correct her, but I gave up after trying to explain it to her. Our food was already cold, why did it matter if it was the right food? On one positive note, the lady who made our blizzards did a fantastic job. We were there for about 35 minutes total, to pick up something we ordered online and that was ready to go when we arrived.

Wait time is ALWAYS around 20 minutes. There’s enough staff to keep wait times down but it’s very clear there is no rush for the employees. Have yet to see a single person who actually cares about the service. You wait 20+ minutes for old fries and poorly made ice cream. Needs new management. I use to work for DQ and was able to individually run the chill, drive through and grill with less wait times. This DQ is a joke in the neighborhood and in the FB neighborhood groups everyone complains. It’s a really bad look for the company!

I ordered through grubhub. I ordered a large mocha moo latte a large butterfinger blizzard and 2 signature stckburgers. They were out of mocha so the driver called me and I said carmel would be fine. The driver delivered the Moo Latte and blizzard. The driver called the store to try to get a hole of the burgers so we could redeliver. During the first phone call with the driver while she was at the store. I could hear the staff being extremely unprofessional, rude and borderline harassing. When the driver called on speakerphone from my home to inform them that the burgers were missing, the store was also very harassing. They harassed her, told her it was her fault that she’s doordash and should figure it out and then the store hung up. It was not door dash it was grubhub they couldn’t even figure that part out. After I drank my shake which was made pretty well. I then wanted to have the blizzard that had no butter finger in it. After I paid for extra butterfinger. Smh
