Such a cool adventure!!! The boys loved the cool sound effects and scenery all throughout the restaurant! Our server Jagger was so helpful and very attentive, answering any questions, providing suggestions, and making sure that we were ok. The food was delicious! There’s such a wide variety of food options that it was a little overwhelming, but the pictures on the menu and Jagger helped narrow it down easily. This was our first experience at the Rainforest Cafe, but hopefully not our last!

Pretty good time for the whole family. Most of the staff was proffesional, patient, and kind. The food was good and about on par with Olive Garden or Chillies. I do feel the prices were pretty steep for the food quality and atmosphere.

Just to start out, it was more negative than anything else :(. When we first walked in, we attempted to ask the bar tender where to go to get seated.. unfortunately, we were ignored. We found out later (by ourselves, no assistance from staff) where to go to get seated. It took roughly 20 ish minutes for them to greet us. They asked what drinks and food we wanted, and we ordered two drinks, one appetizer, and three plates of food. We were very excited to try our new experience. Now I know that there’s a lot of ground to cover, but it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Our appetizer was given to us 35-40 minutes into being seated, and 15-20 minutes after our drinks were delivered to our table. When we first received the appetizer, the chips were cold and the honey mustard we asked for wasn’t actually honey mustard, it was actually the jalapeno sauce. It took 45 minutes after the appetizer, and well over an hour since we were seated to get our actual food. It was such a long wait that my mother reported to me that I fell asleep on her shoulder and started snoring . To put it vaguely, we got a BBQ plate, a Fish N Chips plate, and something that started with the word “ultimate.” The food overall was mediocre and very expensive. They do not warn you at the front door, but inside there’s a thunderstorm scene. Lights flash and loud thunder noises are heard. In my opinion, I thought that part was good, but if you are sensitive to either flashing lights or thunder sounds please do not go to this cafe. We payed about $20 for each plate, including the appetizer. The ending price was around $100 when the food quality and taste wasn’t worth that much money. Please remember that this review was two peoples opinion, not a handful. This was just personally me and my mothers experience in the cafe, so please refrain from judging the cafe based on this one review. Also keep in mind that I’m a picky eater.. so the way that the food tasted to me might taste better to others. And lastly, I hope whoever sees this has a wonderful day and a reminder that you are beautiful :).

Sat at the bar since it was a bit of a 45 minute wait for dining room tables. Good experience besides the bartenders waitress having to be all over the place, but she was attentive to the best of her ability. Loved learning about how the tropical fish are fed and taken care of. Great place to take the kiddos for a fun dining experience with the family!

A fun experience for both kids and adults who are kids at heart. Cool novelty cups you can buy along with the purchase of one of their cocktails. Food was pretty good. They have a “rainstorm” every half hour I believe.

Took my 2 y/o daughter here to show her the animals and to eat dinner. Sat next to the gorillas. The “storm” kind of scared my daughter when the Gorillas went crazy. She did love the fish tanks though. The appetizers were amazing, but that about where the good dining experience stopped. The main courses which we all spent well over $20 a piece on were not good. Tasted bland and my chicken was gristly in my pasta. Wish I had just gotten the appetizer and left it at that. Overall, come for the atmosphere, not the food.

I don’t have no respect for this place we got seated and waited 25 minutes until someone came to take our order we ask for something to drink but the waiter said NO IM GOING TO GET YOUR DRINKS AND FOOD TOGETHER! She said it in a aggressive way. (Anyway there food is overpriced and not worth buying it’s just fun because you get to see cool stuff in there)But we left and went to salt grass go there if you want good service go look at my review for salt grass.

So we went 2 hours before closing and asked to have our name put on the list and we’re told no by a very rude girl at the front desk who explained that it was too close to closing time to accept anymore reservations. I went on open table and there were openings so I reserved one, didn’t appreciate the laziness of not wanting to get us in. Our food was just ok for the price and my son’s meal was cold, his also came out first and they were confused about where mine was. The food wasn’t how we ordered it. Our server visited the table to take our order, to check aftwr we got our food and to bring the check, we weren’t brought refills or checked on again. I would u derstand if he were really busy but he was paying on his phone in the corner. Very underwhelming. The atmosphere on the other hand was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the interactive animals and sounds!
