The Northeast flavors are all very good. The only suggestion is, can I have some old Shanxi vinegar, the white vinegar on the table is really not used to it! Everything else is fine! There is no liquor license yet, it will take a week! I went there for the second time today. I feel that the fat intestines are not made by the same chef. The level is too stretched! The powder in the sauerkraut blood sausage and white meat pot turned out to be the powder of Da La Pi. It is seriously suspected that it was pulled from the leftover Da La Pi from the previous table! Not very comfortable, not spit fast! I hope that the quality can be improved. There are many Northeast dishes around, so let’s keep improving!
