I went by for breakfast and when I got to the speaker I heard someone say good morning and I said good morning in return. Apparently she couldn’t hear me so she said good morning a second time and again I returned the good morning. Then a third time she says good morning and all she hears is me saying I want a $3 breakfast special and then I hear with an attitude“Oh no good morning, yea we have $3 breakfast deal” so I say hey that’s a rude way to respond and she says “yea right?” So I say I don’t think I will be making any purchases at this location anymore and she responds with “ good “ so I pull up to the window next to car being served and she sees me but avoids opening the window or acknowledging me until she has the next order completed then drops her apron so I can’t see her name and tells me that I’m blocking her drive through and I need to move. I asked repeatedly for her name and she refused to give it to me, so I for her supervisors name and she refuses to give me that as well. Then she pulls her phone out and takes a photo of me and my car and threatens to call the police on me. I told her that she was rude, and that as the face of the company and in a customer service position has no right to speak to customers in that manner. She replies “ you didn’t say good morning “ so I told her that just because she couldn’t hear me doesn’t give her the right to speak to customers in that manner. Mind you I’m recording this whole interaction and if I’m not mistaken she is dressed in management uniform. Anyhow I won’t be returning to this location again. There are plenty of other places more than happy to have my business.

My husband and I went to the drive-thru at Wendy’s in Granite falls. We ordered two salads, two drinks and two fries. When we got to the window we noticed they gave us to two salad but not only wondering and one fry when my husband asked The cashier told my husband we needed to drive back around cuz they didn’t charge us for it normally that could be corrected at the window but that moment they were having a contest and she wanted us to pull out of drive-thru so it wouldn’t mess up their timing. So basically they messed up our order and wanted to penalize us because some because of a contest wouldn’t even let us talk. When we tried to talk to him the manager yelled at us and told us to drive back around or at least back up and start over because she didn’t want them to lose the contest. She was very loud, very obnoxious and very rude. It was not our fault that the order was wrong but she was very rude. When I called back. The lady on the phone was nice and she said it was the manager that yelled at us offered to let us come back and get more food but honestly the attitude that the manager had I was afraid she would have spent my food. We will not go back to this Wendy’s and I recommend you don’t either any place that rewards people for doing their job wrong and being rude to the customer has issues.

Went thru drive thru , ordered a biggie bag “chicken” ….fries were great , nuggets also not bad , the chicken sandwhich was very lacking / flavor was very little , texture was flat and dry but for 5bucks with a drink not a bad deal…..

They said we are outta frosty and i saw some infront of me at the drive thru and i asked for them and the said thats the peoples behind you and i ordered and paid 1st they then took the frosty i was asking nicely for out the door and around my suv to the people behind us and then flipped me off and slammed the window shut then i had to set in the drive thru trying to get my money back

Ordered food here 2 biggie bags and ghost pepper fries the bag ripped when I got home cause they put everything in one bag the manger shauna was so rude to her co workers the boy that was in the window was a sweet heart and also sandwiches were wrong as well called to see if I could bring everything back since it was there fault cause they can’t bag properly I would of gladly grabbed everything that fell on the floor and took it back in plastic bag as well as the ripped bag all shauna cared about was wow the sandwich nothing else no wonder everyone hates this one
