Ordered a 31 dollar pizza. Had only a 50 dollar bill. I also put on the delivery info that I only had a 50 dollar bill. When I get my pizza, the guy says oh, you need change, I don’t have none. Then says he only has a 5 dollar bill. And he says he can’t take the pizza back to papajohns. I wrote feedback on the website and was expecting a response, but nothing. This has really ruined my day. Now I am still missing 14 dollars, that I won’t be getting back.

IOrder with very low expectations….It’s so bad. If it wasn’t for my husband who likes papa John’s I would have not returned more than once. The delivery WAS the only good thing about this location but tonight they outsourced to grubhub and it came not hot or warm it was cold. Of course the one time they got my order correct they didn’t even use their own delivery drivers. Not even worth calling the manager because I’ve had grubhub issues before and complaining gets you nowhere.

Idk why people have so many complaints for this Location. Maybe it’s the delivery that sucks. My pick up experience was great. Hot and fresh pizza. I got a small Alfredo and spinach pizza. I should have gotten it “well done” but that was my mistake, not there’s. Friendly Service!
