While staying at the PIT Airport Doubletree I stopped in here one morning for breakfast. They offer a buffet for $18 (current price as of 6/28/23) and a regular a’la carte menu too.

Brianna was what every server should be. Energetic, friendly, and super efficient. I was staying at the hotel and ordered the Pittsburgh Salad. It was splendid. I grew up adding French fries to my salad and the Pittsburgh Salad is the epitome of the area. Pair it with a yuenling and you have a perfect meal. Add the blacked grilled chicken to the salad for perfection. Thanks Brianna for a great customer service experience!

Recently a group of 30 women had a fun dinner experience at Caroline’s. Richard the restaurant manager and the chef did a terrific job of coming up with a diverse menu that met all our fussy ladies palettes. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Many positive comments, with several planning on coming back with friends and husbands.

Enjoyed Mother’s Day here. Wonderful experience – from wine, appetizers (calamari – delish) to meal. Food was fresh and quality-filled. Dean our server was outstanding. Best hidden secret in Moon Township. Will return for sure.

We are staying at the DoubleTree before our next morning flight. Stopped at Caroline’s for our dinner. We were given VIP treatment by our bartender/server Dean. He was very personable and made sure we knew he was happy we were there. Dean even made my husband a special drink which was not on the menu. Our meal was outstanding. Our salads were made with the freshest produce and the presentation was excellent. My husband enjoyed the lobster bisque which actually had lobster meat in it. I had the best quesadilla I have ever had. They were crisp and filled with chicken and sauted veggies. Cannot say enough good things about Caroline’s and especially Dean. You must go there!!!!!

We ate at Caroline’s on Easter Sunday and the food was excellent. Our waiter, Dean, was absolutely marvelous! He was gracious, had superb meal suggestions and the service was top notch. We’ll be eating there again…Soon!

Caroline’s is not well known having replaced Jackson’s in the DoubleTree Hotel on University Blvd in Moon. Surprisingly it was very good. Service was excellent and the sous chef came out to ask how everything was. He generously comped the desert for our birthday girl. We will return.

June Served us and she is a delightful lady. I ordered hot buffalo wings and I asked for them to be extra hot. I was served some of the best wings i’ve had in the last three years. Completely savory delicious and perfect on heat. The executive chef personally came out to ask me how things were. I was so happy I stayed at the hotel to eat instead of walking down the street!

Was staying for a hockey tournament and stumbled upon this wonderful gem. Night #1 Steak Sandwich was juicy and and done perfectly. Night #2 Cowboy steak done to perfection, muscles and the Shrimp Ceviche Wow!! Night # 3 Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich. Kudos to Chef Jermey and Carlee
