We waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers and a kids chicken tender. There were a few door dashes that came through, but other then that, nothing. The burgers not only took a long time but they were burnt and not smashed. The guy next to us had the same issue with his burger and waited almost 15 minutes for a new burger. Fries and chicken tenders were good.

I thought it was depressing to hear they discontinued the Chipotle mayo… little did I know, that was only the beginning of my disappointment! I opened my burger and found the grossest looking avocado spread I’ve ever seen! The burger meat was cold and dry. The brisket in the other burger was tough. Don’t waste your money!

We walked in and there were 3 small tables with people. All tables were waiting for food as online orders were taken care of first. There were multiple dirty tables, despite being relatively slow. We waiting 5 minutes for someone to take our order, then proceeded to wait for over half an hour for food. We watched a customer tell people walking in how long they’ve been waiting for food, so many people proceeded to just leave. They should probably just close the seating area and become an online-only ghost kitchen.

Total rip-off. The menu is already over priced. The portions are small. You pay $4 for fries that in only 2/3 full for a portion size that you can get for around $2 elsewhere. The shake is over $6, but they only fill it 2/3 and is always too thin. Tonight I ordered on the app for immediate pickup. When I arrived 15 minutes later I was told I had to wait another 15 minutes for my fry and two shakes. What is the point of ordering ahead. I won’t be back.

I have been to smash burger many times at other locations and this was my first time at this location. The Patty was maybe the size of beef that would normally be used for a slider. I have never seen a smash burger as small as this one in all of the many times eating smash burger. I don’t know if it’s the cooks fault or if smash burger changed their policy but I definitely won’t be back and encourage others to go get a burger somewhere else

Besides not being greeted, total rip-off on the shake. Cup was halfway full with a tablespoon amount of whipped cream, also the cup had some of the shake dripped down all along the side. The ranch sauce was missing and when I addressed the milkshake situation with the very unwelcoming girl at the front, she said “that’s just the way it is because it’s been in the freezer” although I picked up my order on time. But, the white lady who also received her chocolate shake right before me had a full cup of shake, so not sure if that was on purpose but the service sucks, specifically from the young lady at the front.
