I adore the Dominos here in Pendleton. Many people I know, including myself are regulars for both delivery and pick up at this location. Orders are not always perfect, but upon making it clear that there was an issue with your food, the staff is ALWAYS willing to do what they can to correct the problem at hand. I have never had a bad experience with any employees here. Many of the staff are also students here in Pendleton and are regular faces you will see about the town. The building is very well kept and extremely charming in a small sense. I am always impressed with my experiences with Pendleton Domino’s!

Only good thing I can say is the food came but there was an error in the order and no way get at ahold of the store or any employee. Got charged for something I didn’t need and there was no way for me to resolve the issue. Tried to redeem my free pizza and couldn’t cancel it because nobody woudl answer the phone. Only to hang it up or to not accept the call at all. Why have a phone number if your not gonna take calls

Customer service extends to delivery drivers as well. I don’t consider being tailgated while driving 5 over the speed limit and then nearly run into another car as your big blue truck flies around me to pass while still in my lane very good customer service.

These guys are extremely fast. The pizzas are pretty good. The prices are high, but with the Pizza Hut shut down, choices are limited. Don’t waste your time trying to talk with a person on the phone to order your pizza. You’ll wind up feeling sad, alone, and hungry. Order online, and you’ll be delighted. It may take you longer to order your food than it will take them to cook and deliver it. Tip generously. The driver will never see a penny of the delivery charge. If they keep changing things, I will keep changing my review. Enjoy.

There ordering service is horrible to use. It took several tryes before it even had my order right. Then I get a call from the driver regarding my address when I clarified it for him he just hung up. When he arrived he handed me my order. I paid him the food was cold the garlic bites wheredoughey. Don’t recommend eating here!

Had a carryout order for this domino’s today. The service was speedy. Walked in exactly 15 minutes after ordering and the lady greets me saying it was just about to come out of the oven. Waited another moment and seen my lava cakes coming out, then drove to the hotel to eat. Once opening my pizza box I realized the pizza itself looked old. It definitely wasn’t fresh. Guess they wasnt timed to be fresh and ready around the same time. Lava cakes are the best as usual. Besides the old pizza I’d give them another shot.
