The server had a bad attitude when I spent $80 for lunch. Like she didn’t want to be there. The food was good but because of her attitude, my family and I lost our appetite. Definitely will not eat here again because of the bad service.

The food prep was abysmal in comparison to other Panda Express locations. I’m not totally sure they were using the right noodle for the lo mein. It’s was extremely starchy and didn’t take well to being sauced, kind of like a soba noodle. The chicken was poorly sauced and the portion given was pretty sad. I know it’s on a military post, but is it exempt to quality control?

PSA***This location is on a Military base and not available to the public***. I am new to Virgina and didn’t realize. If you don’t have access please save the trip.

Nice Panda Express joint. The stuff is always professional and friendly, especially Yadira! I’ve never seen her in a bad mood. I will be coming again!

Food was great today, nice to sit in the window with the sun out on such a cold day. Very uncomplicated visit and great option with only Subway in the PX. Two entrees, 2 cokes in a bottle, $25.

Convenient. Just okay, it’s a panda express! They were sitting out too long.

It’s inside a military base should not be on the map

Considering the location of the address, I called ahead to ask whether this Panda Express was accessible to non-military outside of the base. The employee confirmed it was accessible to public. Arriving to the base the soldier at the gate politely turned us away (I wonder how often they get to deal with ppl who want to pick up chinese).

Been there several times. They don’t have half the menu items available. Food quality is poor. Dried old chow mein, undercooked fried rice, entrees that have been poorly made, never have white rice available, missing sauces like teriyaki, and the list goes on. Never an apology or explanation, just an oh well. They often don’t refill items, so it’s hit or miss. And it appears they really don’t care. Very poor customer service experience. Going back to other Chinese food places, plenty to choose from. Sad that it just doesn’t get better, even after the poor reviews, but no surprise.
