Walked in tonight to get a 10pc Big Box as the drive thru seemed a little long and was told it would be 16 minutes to cook the chicken fresh. I was fine with the wait. It ended up taking closer to 25 minutes and when I get home I realize I was only given an 8pc and one of the thighs had a raw place on the top somehow. The rest of the food was great, but the long wait only to still get shorted is extremely frustrating. Normally have good experiences at Jack’s so I hope this location can get things back on track.

Before taking my daughter to school, I stopped by Jack’s and bought a big breakfast sandwich that’s supposed to come.on toasted Texas toast. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that my bread was not toasted. Called the restaurant back and was told that the toaster doesn’t work well, and if they ran it back through, it would burn it. Tell me for yourself if this bread even went through the toaster. I placed a review on Facebook only for a former employee to tell me that it doesn’t work and they just haven’t been telling customers. I find the upsetting. I don’t want to spend money on food that isn’t being properly prepared.

I’ve been eating here on and off since I’ve lived in the area and my experiences have always been negative. The food is good when it’s right, but you have to wait a long time in the drive through and deal with really rude employees that always ask, ” what else” after every thing before you are finished. I’m not normally the kind of person who complains but this one got us really mad. Me and my boyfriend went for drive thru for dinner, ordered milkshake and 2 cheesy loaded fries because we haven’t tried it and it looks good. When we got home, my boyfriend to his surprise the inside looks like that. It is soooo far from the pictures and I didn’t know we have to build it on our own, the fries were separate plus the chicken tenders are so tiny and barely cheese on it and looks like a leftover food. It was such waste of money and poor training.

These kids must be huffing gas with no adult supervision. Waited near 30 minutes for food after going through the drive thru. Had to walk in and apparently they threw away one part of our meal because they cooked it too long and said it would be another twenty minutes. They didn’t bother telling us, we had to come in to find out and they weren’t gonna do nothing about it. Nothing else from the order was ready. Just asked for a refund and left.

Chicken is good but you get mostly breast. They have dark meat legs and thighs but they never have enough cooked. Mashed potatoes are great. They have Mac and cheese but have always been out every time I’ve ordered.

On our trip to Jack’s we only got snacks. French fries, a fried pie, and two milkshakes. One was strawberry and one was vanilla. I would say the French fries were cooked well and not too salty, they’re crinkle cut fries. The vanilla milkshake was as expected but the strawberry milkshake had no strawberry flavor at all. And we were in the drive-thru.

I rarely come here due to the service not being the best repetitively. Today will be my last visit. Like 1 reviewer said they do leave things out of your order. I placed a online order & had to go back because 2 items were missing. & the pies were clearly overcooked because they were HOLLOW inside no filling at all. & save the artificial reply because lord knows if u haven’t fixed this location by now. It will never be fixed. Lol
