Such a great little diner for breakfast. We were in the area for the back home festival in New Martinsville. We drove down to Sisterville and took the ferry across the river. I believe it’s mostly homemade. I recommend the captain’s breakfast.

Perfect homestyle breakfast. Real fried potatoes, delicious sausage patty, perfect biscuits. The place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a small diner.

I asked for scrambled eggs well done, the whites were runny and could not eat them. The sausage was a big lump of unseasoned something, nasty. Other person liked their BLT, son liked his wrap. Waitress very nice.

We rode in on a Saturday afternoon in Mid August from Cleveland. Cute little place on the river. View was great, staff was fantastic. And the food was phanominal. A must if you’re passing by. Not much else around. So worth the stop. Good menu selection.
