Between the managers not doing their jobs and being super lazy and putting all the work on everyone else while the managers go sit outside and the people are not being properly trained so the food is old and lobby is disgusting cause no one is cleaning tables. The higher ups here seem to be making and forcing people to quit a lot the last couple years.

Its kind of a hit or miss here. Sometimes their pizza is great but so far every time we get chicken from the KFC side it taste old or dry. The fries are hard or have been upcooked meaning they are old too. The mash potatoes are runny, not creamy. If you want pizza this is an okay place but I wouldn’t go for the KFC part of this restaurant.

This is was my worst kfc experience. As a former employee of kfc(25) was sitting ing line total of 15 minutes. Asked why the wait was so long was told the wait was tat long bc of shift change. They weren’t able to open the window. Shouldn’t policy be till is counted in office? Why are customers being inconvenienced in this way? I don’t think I will return to this one.

It’s not a good place to eat, first they falsely advertising pasta on a sign. For the bar,. And it’s not there, I asked about it and they were very rude and refused,. Second as usual the bar was basically empty. We had a few times ask about chicken. They finally put some on the bar, they have the nerve to charge so much money for a empty bar their attitudes are terrible. Food is terrible. They falsely advertise. And have no remorse.. they should go out of business,. Or get a staff, who knows what they are doing.

The only reason this KFC got 1 star is because no stars was not an option. The buffet was a mess. The salad mix was brown, the gravy was so old that it looked like chocolate pudding. There was no chicken on the bar.I stood for a good five minutes waiting to ask for the food to be replenished. Finally a young lady who was sitting in the floor behind the food bar came to tell me they were holding on all the food. Asked for pizza for the bar and waited 20 minutes. Left without ever getting any. For the privelege of poor service and no food I paid over $30. Will NEVER go back for the buffet and discourage anyone else from going.
