This will be an odd review, because I have never been to Emma’s or eaten any of the food. I called from Ohio to request assistance with sending some food to dear friends who live near the café who had just lost a beloved family patriarch. I was helped over the phone with kindness, generosity, and smart recommendations. When I shared that I was struggling to find a delivery service the person I spoke with offered to make the delivery themselves. Within just a couple of hours, the food was prepared and delivered. Truly, this kind of customer service – the care that was shown – restores some faith. I am forever grateful. (And I am SURE everything is delicious.)

Always great service. We are here often as my kids see doctors throughout the building. They look forward to our “date” at Emma’s after each appointment. Sometimes we will sit and enjoy a deli sandwiches (so good) and I will get my caffeine fix with a fresh brew (so good) or we will grab an icecream cone (soooo good.) The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable on the goods they carry. They have a great selection of premium products you may not see anywhere else. Lots of small business and local labels. I love that Emma’s Market & Deli keeps it local and fresh!

Quaint little deli my family has been going to for years! Order to-go or have them craft you a meal for dine-in [or due to covid enjoy it on the deck]. Try the chicken salad it’s addictive!! Of course they got farm fresh milk and home-made specials daily!!

This is my favorite deli on earth. The owners and staff are always very friendly, and the food is amazing. We go every Saturday as a lunchtime treat. They also carry a few local products that we keep stocked at home at all times, our favorite is the queso dip.

This is not a fast food restaurant — which is good and bad. The food was very good; fresh and well-made at a decent price (the good). But service was exceedingly s-l-o-w (the bad). With 3 workers and only 6 customers in the store, it took over 20 minutes to get our order; then I had to wait at the register to pay afterwords. The prices of most of the items in the market section of the store aren’t marked. I guess cost isn’t an issue in Upper St. Clair? It’s unlikely that I’ll return.. Its just too long to wait to be served.

I went there during lunch time and placed my order. However, people that were in line after me get to pay first and leave. Other people come in take their sandwiches first, pay, and leave. Twenty (20) minutes after I placed my order they started preparing my sandwiches, which by the way were plain. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service!! Very disrespectful of you to see me waiting at the register to pay and you taking other people that were behind me or just walked in!! You get one star because I cannot give you ZERO!!
