Always something wrong at this location. The one across the street by Town Center is so much better. If you don’t mind the extra 5-6 min drive, go there and you’ll have vastly better quality food and the ability to order through Taco Bell app and earn points. I understand this location is merged with KFC, but can’t they figure out a way to make mobile ordering an option? It seems like such an easy fix, almost a non-issue.

absolute garbage. i stood at the register while the staff looked at me and kept joking together at the window. i let them know baja blast was out- no one changed it. i ordered 2 tacos, they forgot to add it to my order. no napkins in the entire building. every table dirty. food cold and nasty. i’ll never be back here.

Hours need to be updated. Staff stops answering drive thru at 10pm. Currently sitting outside the drive thru on 8/7 at 10:23pm for about 6 minutes now and no answer. Happens frequently but unfortunately I live close by. Adding date and time for tracking. Even now I can see several employees inside and the kitchen has already been fully cleaned. They are actively choosing not to work despite being open.

0 stars!! There’s always something with this place. Google says they close at 12, need to update that! When I pull up there, sign on the order screen says 11, okay fine I got there at 10:25 and I’m waiting and waiting and nothing so I pull up to the window and lady says we’re closed. I said your sign says 11 and she just shakes her head and I tell her there 2 other ppl behind me waiting as well. If you close at a certain time, you wait to close at that time not cus you want to try to clock out by 11 smh AND they always always take forever to bring your food despite how many orders/cars are there. It never fails! Worse Taco Bell ever!

Shocking service. One girl had no idea if the ingredients were gluten free and told me to look it up and another girl, I presume the manager, told me the prices were wrong when I asked why the cheese quesadilla was 4.29 and then just walked off. When I got out I then found my Chicken taco might as well not have had chicken in it. Not impressed

As Taco Bells go this one was okay. The store was clean and the food tasted good. I got 3 Doritos Locos Tacos and they all fell apart when I tried to eat them. I had to finish them with a fork which was disappointing. Overall it was a fine visit.

I went thru the drive thru. Was asked to pull up and wait for my food to be brought out to me. 3 cars came and went out of the drive thru before they came out with mine. It’s the second time this has happened to me. I was at work and time is tight and important.

Horrible experience! We came for KFC and it was closed 20 minutes early. So we ordered Taco Bell. Food was cold, burritos and tacos were half empty or maybe half full depending who you ask. It was the worst Taco Bell ever. Staff was not the friendliest either. If I could give a zero I would but is not an option. Biggest waste of time and money.
