Ordered a pizza in the mist of a move and it arrived uncut like at all. Called the store and spoke with the manager. She repeatedly asked are you sure it’s not cut. I confirmed the pizza is not cut. She stated another would be sent out and before I could say another word she hung up. No apology just abruptly hung up because I am inconveniencing her.

Was told delivery would be 40 minutes. 1 hour and 40 minutes later the COLD pizza was delivered, no knock, no phone call, just left outside our hotel room. Too bad you didn’t knock, we had a tip for you. Good for us, food and service didn’t deserve a tip.

Pizza has always been good. Service has been lackluster. You’ll wait 5 minutes when the order has been done several minutes. The kids play on their phone and are so entranced they don’t recognize an annoying door chime. Oh and 3 people saw me waiting (except the kid).

Due to some reason everytime I get pizza from here my stomach gets upset. I’m not saying it’s them and I don’t know what it is but it did happen every time. Spinach wasn’t fresh, cheese didn’t smell good at all and overall it didn’t have taste it was supposed to. Disappointed so far!

We placed this order over the phone. It sounded as though the telephone answering service was outsourced and they gave us a 23 minute delivery time. It’s now been over an hour. We just called to check the order and the employee that answered was rude and said it was still being prepped. Its been a 70 minute wait so far. We just received the pizza and the order is wrong, it has no sauce ♀️ ♀️ Worst food experience.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s multiple times (usually good for what you pay for). The wait was long, which is okay, that happens, but the pizza was terrible. I received cold, hard pizza… Called the store and they credited the order, but acted very upset when asked to send a new pizza. I didn’t want a free, cold pizza. I wanted a fresh, warm pizza, a pretty typical expectation when ordering a pizza. Haha needless to say will not be eating here for a long while.

I just ordered pizza from them and it was delivered to my house my husband lifted a piece up and finds hair on it. I called them in a nice way to let them know about it but they wouldn’t even agree to make a new one and delivered to me even though my pizza was delivered and I paid delivery for it. The person I spoke to she is a lady and she was so rude and hang up in my face. So rude and unprofessional for this place to have people like that working for them as customer service. The lady I talked I don’t know her name and she was working around 10pm TODAY WED.
