I used the app to order ahead. I set arrival at 6:00pm and I arrived at 5:59pm. Checked my order status on the app and it said my food was on the way out. At 6:12pm, still no food so I called the store number posted. It took 3 phone calls to get an answer which made it 6:16pm. I was told I wasn’t there at 6:00 so they had to let my order go and I’d have to wait “a few more minutes”. At 6:22pm part of my order was brought to my car. When I asked if that was my entire order, the employee said yes and quickly walked back to the store. It turned out not to be my entire order, so at 6:25pm when a different employee delivered an order to the car sitting next to me, I told her that part of my order was missing. She apologized and told me to go to the drive thru and she would get the rest of my order. There were already 7 cars in the drive thru and I was so fed up with already waiting 30 minutes, I told the employee to forget about it and that I’d take the matter up with HQ. If this wasn’t the 3rd time using the app and the 3rd time I was made to wait over 30 minutes for my order, I wouldn’t bother with a bad review, I’d simply take my business elsewhere. But now I believe the rest of Aiken needs to know not to waste their time or money at this store, and certainly don’t bother with the app. I’ll never get that 90 minutes back, but they won’t get as much as $.90 from me ever again.

Ate there Wdnesday and a manager was in the dining area and everything was good. People were nice, place was clean and fairly quick service. Went back Saturday, no one in line ordered food and waited 45 minutes for them to get it ready. When we finally got our food she handed me one box, I had to ask for the rest of my order. She handed me another box, finally just ask her to look at the receipt that was still hanging on the rack. She got the rest of it, sat it on the counter, never ask if I needed a bag to carry it out. The whole time I waited, she walked around doing absolutely nothing. The girl who took my order was nice and seemed to work hard. The girl who did nothing got in a verbal argument with the older lady who was a cook. And it was in front of 3 customers. First time was a good experience, not sure I will visit them again.

I waited 30 minutes for my drive thru order and I’m not sure why. The food was barely even warm after the 5 minute drive home. I could understand if something was cooking but I genuinely could not figure out what was fresh out of what I ordered because it was all the same temperature.

Second time going to this location. Drive thru service here is awful. They don’t have very good customer service. The lady that took our order told us to “hold on” in the middle of us ordering. Not very politely btw. Got to the window and told us we were waiting on borounds that we didn’t order. She repeated our order at the speaker and it was right. Then, the girl that brought us our food, because we had to park, said “you’re welcome” before we really had our food in our hands.

More times than not there’s a wait for my order when coming here. There’s not traffic, no wait in the drive through, yet it takes anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes (not an exaggeration). The staff is either not on task, or they have figured out telling customers a long wait equals less work for them. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Been here three times in the last three weeks and they never have any chicken.They don’t care to give great customer service. If you go thru the drive thru you will parked and wait up to 30 minutes to get your food. Not the same bojangles they use to be.
