When the employee at the window handed me this cone I think he saw the look of shock on my face and asked me if I wanted him to remake it. I said, “yes please” and handed it back. The employee came back with the same cone and said, “I was going to remake it but the manager said it’s the correct weight”.

The fries were hot but the burger was cold. It doesn’t have free intent, it is small. It was clean but the men’s bathroom was out of paper towels and need attention. If you have children and want ice cream, it might be nice, but again, the place is as l small. It is ok, as the 3 star suggests.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never left a bad review before, but after multiple terrible experiences here, I felt the need to say something. For just one example: 2 times in a row I have tried to order a mint oreo blizzard. The first time I was handed a vanilla oreo blizzard and when I politely pointed out that I actually wanted a *mint* oreo, the server said it was and shut the drive through window in my face. Then I tried it and went back around the drive thru line and told them I couldn’t taste the mint they told me I was “wrong” and that their mint doesn’t have any color to it… which isn’t true because they finally remade it (after much deliberation) and it was green but it looked like soup and was completely ruined and disgusting when they handed it back. Today I tried to order one again and they handed me an obviously vanilla oreo blizzard but charged me twice for “extra extra mint”. I tried it and it was clearly vanilla and so I brought it back in. The employees were incredibly rude and weren’t going to remake it until the manager came over and pointed out to them that it wasn’t green “like it should be” so they remade it and when I got it back, it was still bland and not green but I accepted it because I just wanted to leave due to how badly they were embarrassing me. I was still charged twice for the “extra mint” and when they apologized it was a very passive aggressive “Sorry we didnt make it good enough for you the first time” with an eye roll. So I guess this is a warning to mint oreo lovers to avoid this place but also as someone who has worked in customer service for years, I’m very disappointed in how they treat polite and respectful customers

Was told by an employee there they do not pay attention to food safety or PHU temps there and that it is also extremely dirty in the back. It’s a shame. I also think someone should file a complaint on the owner with the wisconsin Department of Workforce Development as he does not pay his employees on time either. Cheap old man. They need to clean house and get brand new ownership and management.

When the worker brought our food out, spilled Half the fries on floor and goes oh well. Sits the rest on table and never offered to correct the order or clean up their mess. I sent a contact us form in and never heard a word from them.
