Chicken strips were maybe 2 in long..very overcooked. Guy taking order asked for our order and then proceeded to tell us to hold on which we waited another 5 mins before he asked if we were done. Wanted 2 sweet teas was told they only had enough for 1. Food was cold

This place seems to get worse everytime I go back. Ordered the Crispy chicken boxes. The order comes with 2 sides and a drink. They didn’t have sweet tea and I asked to substitute green beans and corn for coleslaw. That ended up being the best thing in the box and the macaroni. One box was missing and item, the chicken was ok but the way it was made??! I’m including pictures so you can see how someone just put a dollop of mayo and no pickles were added. I can understand if they were busy but there was 1 vehicle in the drive thru ahead of me and 1 in the parking lot. Aside from the food the customer service is horrible. The people that work there act like they don’t care, they don’t greet you or even thank you. Needless to say I won’t be going back. 2 stars for the green beans and Mac n cheese that was got and delicious

It’s a KFC people. They did a great job getting the menu items right. Even severely short staffed they made food that was able to be eaten within a restricted lunch time frame. The manager had no issues helping her people prepare food or do what was necessary to get things going. Place was clean.
