It was a really nice experience since I got the bar seat. I’ve been enjoying watching people cooking, making pizzas and etc. Staff was very kind and attentive.

“In Boston you choose restaurants for the food. In NY you choose them for the chef. Go to Pasquale Jones and sit at the bar so you can watch the chef “ Wisdom from our Boston waiter- this was a great choice!

I had just finished typing out my review and then GMaps bugged out. So here is the abridged – Should you go here and eat and drink? Yes. The Burrata & Anchovies changed my life that night. Kitchen staff fun to watch. Good music and vibe.

First of all, the service is awesome. All the staffs are attentive and kind. Now the food – the pizza was good but the appetizers and pastas were not. Pastas were undercooked and slightly hard to chew, and everything just tasted like butter. Leek was also hard to chew and stringy. Their clam pizza was soggy at the center and I regretted not ordering the Margherita pizza instead. The oven baked pizza dough was soft and delicious though. Will I go back? Not really… maybe just for their Margherita pizza.

Wow, I don’t know where to start. I know, how about the bread? For a party of 5, they gave us 2 pieces of bread. The pizza crust didn’t taste good. I had the bucatini and while it tasted good, they gave me the smallest portion ever. I can’t believe I paid $26 for that. For the first time ever in an Italian restaurant, I left hungry and I’m not a big eater. They usually get good reviews, so maybe we just went on an off day, but none of us enjoyed our meal. I was beyond disappointed and don’t know if I’ll ever try them again.
