Cashier was miserable. If you dont like your job, find a new one. The attitude of front line staff was awful. “Shake machine has been broken since last Thursday” like we are supposed to know this! How would we know if no sign on machine and still listed on menu?? AND why wasn’t it fixed. Its Monday!!!

I’m not sure why it my Google maps shows I was at a chic-fil-a 4 days ago. That would mean I was there on a Sunday. Which last I checked they don’t open on a Sunday. So right there is enough to give them a bad review. Can’t review something that isn’t open. But if the app says I was there when I wasn’t why not.

We love Chik-Fil-A and have been to many of the franchises. This one was, by far, the least organized and least efficiently-run. There was an extremely long line of people, which is to be expected. It wasn’t the length of the line that was the problem. Rather, it was the lack of efficiency in the staff. There were plenty of staff there, and most were just standing around. They had ONE register open. The staff were unenthusiastic and not at all friendly. The manager, a woman with blonde hair, walked slowly aground but never did anything to make the service more efficient or encourage anyone to act more appropriately with customers. I can not stress enough how slowly these people were moving. I certainly don’t expect anyone to run, but they were literally just standing around. I was floored because I have always been extremely impressed with how efficiently the Chik-fil-A stores have been run in all the other places we’ve visited. Everyone in line was visibly frustrated but still polite. I hope this location can receive more training and more effective management so that they can improve. The food itself, however, was very good once we did receive it.

Spent 26 minutes in line waiting to order with only three people in front of us ! Lots of employees were just walking around talking and cleaning but we’re completely ignoring all customers. After we finally received our food we noticed they only put half a strip of bacon on the sandwich which is horrible for the price! Along with when I asked for ketchup to go with our fries she rolled her eyes and turned around and just stared at the screen completely acting like she didn’t just hear me and look directly at me while I was saying it. 0/10 would be a better rating !
