Every time we go to Krystal’s they always leave off half of our order. We went tonight and there was no one in the drive thru or in the building. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food after we paid and then they brought the food out. I normally check our food to make sure it’s all there but i had a fussy newborn in the back seat and needed to get home. They are the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to and will no longer go there.

Asked at drive thru can I get the burgers with no onions was told yes so I ordered a Sack full get them and they are all covered in onions go in with receipt and said im allergic to onions they said oh well they are cooked with onions we have to scrap them off. I asked beforehand. Also they did not do a good job scraping the onions off either they were full of onions

Not the best experience. Intercom barely works. Cashier was short in response and never repeated order. We ordered 12 crystals and two sodas. They told us to come up front and wait for the order. It’s been over 20 min still no order. So much for fast food lol my first mistake was choosing Krystals to begin with.

I went thru the drive thru and due to the recent lack in quality, I SPECIFICALLY asked for my burgers to be steamed extra so as to melt the cheese. I also requested extra pickle, add mayo. Was i got was a hardened bun, un-melted cheese, one pickle and no mayo. Oh, and when i asked for the burgers to be steamed extra so the cheese will melt, the cashier told me “We’ll try”?!?!?!?! Are you serious? Listen, i get fast food can be a hard business to get people to care about while working but this is a habit at THIS PARTICULAR Krystal. I can get what I want at any other Krystal but THIS ONE IS ALWAYS MESSING UP ORDERS/REQUESTS!!!!

So today I was waiting in line at the most disgusting crystals I had ever been to, but I have been craving them for a while , while I was waiting in the lobby, that is no bigger than a jail cell that was packed with people. I stood by the door, and then out of nowhere another door open behind me that I didn’t see because it blended in with the wall . Flew open faster than buzz light-year and smacked me square in the back, and the doorhandle gave me a permanent tramp stamp. The worker lady had the nerve to tell me well that’s why you shouldn’t stand in front of the door dude. Like where else was I going to stand maybe someone could’ve held me like a baby but me being 6 foot tall I didn’t really see that being an option. So I took my happy but out of crystals and went to Taco Bell cause they’re way better anyways. The $30 I was going to spend the crystals. I ended up going and only spending 15. This is a true story. It happened on February 16 in Columbia Tennessee. They better be glad I didn’t sue them for their clear negligence
