What a treat!! This place is brand spanking new here in Douglasville and offers a great variety of edible delicacies. Not only is it family owned but it’s Black owned which was awe inspiring to see. I am vegan, and for us there are various vegetable selections to eat, although I’d like a Mac and cheese option as well! They do have vegan desserts, including Red Velvet and Mandarin Orange cupcakes. So far I’ve tasted only the Mandarin Orange which was absolutely delicious. It’s not overly sweet, which I thought it might be, it’s just the best touch of sweetness with a great cake that I devoured within moments! They were pretty much 5 bucks each and they also serve them in packs of 6. You also can order Red Velvet to be made for pick up as they were not readily available.

The first time I went, I got salmon, yellow rice, cornbread, Mac and cheese, and green beans. I also got a peanut butter cookie and some sweet potato cheesecake. All of it was delicious and a generous portion size.

Love this place! I drive 30 minutes to pick up dinner and dessert from A Timeless Treat! I’ve even started picking up dinner and dessert for friends and family who live even further away. Worth it! My husband and I enjoyed every dish we ordered…brisket, baked chicken, yams, greens and of course the desserts were spectacular. The staff is amazing and truly professional. My first visit and I ordered a little of just about everything: fried grouper, macaroni and cheese, black eyes peas, collard greens, yams, pasta salad. Everything tasted homemade and was perfectly seasoned… perfectly. The portion sizes were very generous. The restaurant itself does not offer dine in. It is very clean and the staff very warm and welcoming. I will be returning. It’s so good.
