Placed order then they messed up the order 3 times in a row! then refused to refund my money! All while having an attitude after you messed MY order up! I will never go back to this location! I’ll drive over to Plainfield where I never have problems at! I have never seen such terrible staff! The only polite one was the one guy on staff making plates the females all had horrible attitudes!

I used to love coming here, but I will not be ordering from here anymore. Last time, I went through the drive thru ordering my food, and everything was okay. While my payment is going through, I’m looking at my receipt to see if everything is okay, I see that they put in the wrong thing. I double-checked with the girl who took my payment, and I asked nicely and said to her, “Hey, it says in my receipt that I ordered rice, and I ordered chow mein.” While the girl that was helping me out, another rude girl in the back was rolling her eyes at me and to add the cherry on top, the meat was cold, and the noodles were hard.

This place has really gone down hill. This location use to be my favorite for years. I hadn’t been there in quite some time and decided to go tonight and it was awful. The service was very slow. And some of the cooks who were about high school age we’re just standing around eyeballing a girl that was waiting for her food. Very unprofessional. One of them was standing there eating something with his fingers and then started cooking right away without washing his hands. After finally getting my food noodles had an awful burnt flavor and my rice was mushy and completely over cooked. You can even see in the picture the big burnt part that came from the rice. And then to top it off I found a hair too which is also included in the picture. I just couldn’t believe it was one bad thing after another. The quality has gone completely down here and I will never return to this location. It went from being the best in the area to the worst. I’ve included the info on my receipt so you know that this is recent as of today.

Didn’t eat here but the plus was so dirty so early. An hour after open and I imagine very few people were in before 11 but it was disgusting. A lot of staff, none cleaning.

I picked up 2 kids meals and it literally only had 4 pieces of chicken in it smh my son was not happy. We usually love getting food here especially my sons but really shouldn’t be greedy with the amount given.

always have bad attitude, the workers in the drive thru are never friendly and get irritated if you ask for chopsticks, sauce, napkins ect. Also will not give a glass of ice water you have to buy a bottle but i’ve gotten cups of water from other locations before. Worth the drive to Naperville or Batavia for good customer service.

Just ordered 3 large chow meins and they were clearly made all wrong. They were burnt and devoid of flavor. The noodles just taste like gas and charred cabbage. This is my kids favorite thing to get from any restaurant and they both spit it out and refused to eat it. Tried to call but there was no one available.
