For several years, this was my go to location for Waffle House. Sadly over the course of the last couple months, things seem to really be going downhill. Honestly, I don’t even mind it being a little dirty and ghetto, as that’s what you would expect from a Waffle House late night visit. However, recently the quality of the food has gone downhill, which is crazy. Last night our hashbrowns weren’t even cooked properly – that’s a problem. Hash browns should always be excellent and always have been until recently. Also received a waffle that was so undercooked it could not be eaten, just doughy. It seems like things are getting a little worse each of the last three or four times we’ve gone over the last couple months.

The food was good, hot and served quickly. Managers, please instruct your employees on how to take pride in their job. I had to ask my server to please dry her hands before giving me my utensils with drippy wet hands. Also provide them with extra aprons to change when they get overly dirty. I enjoy the Waffle House but you guys need to clean up a bit.

We ate at the waffle House on 3rd Street in St Charles Missouri on Easter morning. We had no wait. The service was excellent. Our server was Monie. She was very good. My waffle was nice and hot when it came out and it seemed to be one of the more fluffier waffles I’ve had at waffle House. All in all it was a great experience. And we’ve been to waffle houses and not had a great experiences.

Exquisite cuisine. I had an amusing take on hash browned potatoes. I believe that they were ” smothered, covered, splattered and scattered. ” My compliments to the chef. I believe his name was “Bubba” and also to our delightful hostess her name was possibly Flo or Velma.

So to start this off. The food was good. Not complaining about that. But the beverage I chose for the meal is the issue. I ordered a white milk for my meal. The milk was rotten/spoiled. I asked for a replacement. They brought out another cup of milk out from a different jug. Same taste. I was disappointed I couldn’t have milk with my meal.

I think it’s so silly for a restaurant to not take to go orders because they claim to be busy. There were plenty of empty seats to dine in, so if you can cook my order for dine in, why not cook it to go? Don’t make sense. If I’m the owner of this establishment, I would have issue with revenue walking out my door and my facility is not a full capacity. Not to mention, they had 6-7 people working in the back.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the woman running the counter was incredibly rude told me she would not take my to go order. I asked for the manager and he was rude as well saying they’re too busy to take orders. There was maybe 10 people in the building. Never have I been turned away from an establishment as a paying and tipping customer. Safe to say I will never return and I doubt the 3 others who left with me will either. We were all cracking up in the parking lot over how poorly we were treated. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
