Kids are working here. No politeness. I was left at the window of the drive through for at least 10 minutes. Gave me this pizza as a deep dish, I took it back and they got mad because I wanted my money back. The kid tried arguing with me aggressively saying that it was a deep dish when I didn’t have an issue, just wanted my money back. Bread sticks were also stuck to the box. He did my refund and said it would go back to my card, but I still haven’t received it. Please hire more people and let these kids go home.

Ordered a Supreme Pizza with olives, onions and peppers. Waited about thirty minutes to get to the window. Told them what order I had and they brought up a Pizza that EVERYONE knew wasn’t right. They opened the box after someone told them its not right. The two girls just stood there, staring at my Pizza. So they take it away and during all this they never came back to the window. So another twenty five minutes of wasted gas goes by. Finally they hand out the Pizza with bread on top and a Pepsi that my daughter wanted. I should have known when my daughter said, “i don’t want any pizza, just some bread.”

They are very consistent with everything that you do not appreciate. I’m not sure if I have ever gotten any of my orders that were correct, or on time. I have had issues every single time I have done business with them. I’m truly not trying to be negative about them but I have not found any of their locations that are actually capable of doing things correct or consistent with their company standards. I only do business with them as a last resort and I know that it is going to be a terrible experience.

I went inside to order and was rudely told that they were closed. When I asked about the posted hours being open until 9 the staff said they were short staffed and were closed at this time. I understand being short staffed but the horrible attitude is not where it’s at.

I had a Groupon that expired but STATED the amount I paid for the Groupon never expired. The “young I do mean young” lady had no clue or any other staff member. Placed an order of just 4 regular pizzas which she rang up 2 deep dish pizzas totally wrong so we asked for a refund — 30 minutes later and numerous calls to the manager we left. Hopefully the transaction will be correct on our account. I am glad the staff showed up but training is must!! We went to Papa John’s a block away, excellent service.

I pulled in 15-20 minutes before closing, and the inside had no customers, while the drive thru had two. I pull up to the speaker in the drive thru and the employee says “we are going to be closing soon and by the time you get to the window it will be to late!” Not “welcome to Little Ceasars” or “how are you or how may I help you?” Now I only wanted one pepperoni pizza for my kids but I never even got to say that because I wasn’t treated like a paying customer! I worked as a General Manager for 15 years, in the business for 20, so I absolutely know that no company would approve. I was kinda shocked and lol a little, thinking maybe he’s joking and I asked “so you aren’t going to serve me?” To which he replied “no, because its only 20 minutes till closing!” I’m actually a weekly customer and wasn’t asking for special treatment. If the other cars had big orders they could turned off the lights or just said that but beiing rude wasn’t the way! I will definitely be changing locations.

Speaker and mic have been out for weeks. There is nothing to alert the employees when someone pulls up in drive thru to order. Which theyd have time to check deive thru if there wasnt only one employee almost every single dang time you come. No pizzas are ready every time Ive came. Thats the whole reason for this place. They dont have the lowest prices anymore. Why would I pay the same amount here as other places if I have to sit and wait on pizza. Thats if you can get your order taken. Poor girl in there cant be three ppl at once. Skipping stopping by at least this location from now on

Was fast and quick for a reason, pizza was terribly thrown together and not done at all, nor was it the pizza I ordered. That’s on me for not checking it before I left. I ordered a pretzel pepperoni and I got home with a regular pepperoni with cheddar cheese that had to be completely thrown away it was so bad

This is the wrong place to go if you are trying to get pizza. There is nothing but kids that work that don’t even know how to take an order. I get what are you waiting for?? I say place an order and then they don’t even have a sausage pizza at 8:15pm. I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone to come to the window. So I will never be back to this location again. The speaker don’t work, so you have to wait for someone to come to the window. I mean come on let’s get thing fixed, and run a business like it should be….
