I was completely surprised when I first came to the location but later left feeling great about the service and food received! Was looking for one near a location and this one came up! The customer service was great and the food was tasty! When they ask if you want seasoning on top, Say yes and get extra! Game Changer!!!

I’m a frequent customer to Hip Hop Fish & Chicken and yes they have made small mistakes with me before but this was a major one that they refuse to take accountability for!!! The cashier charged me double for my order and when I showed the charges to him on my bank statement, he refused to give me a refund!! What led to an argument ended with him finally giving my refund. I recommend going to another location or paying with cash because this was absolutely outrageous.
