Nice to see another option for Cantonese food, especially since they serve Dim Sum. We really enjoyed the green beans, salt and pepper squid and the steamed pork dumplings. The dumplings were huge and flavorful. Squid was tender and perfectly seasoned. They roast their own duck and pork. Plenty of large round tables to eat with a group or family. My only complaint is that they had four TVs going and one of the programs had chefs killing and preparing live animals. It was a bit much for me.

We were there for lunch so the prices were a bit lower. Dinner prices are too expensive. Water and tea were brought out right away, which was nice for a large group. Mongolian chicken was very good, not very spicy. Egg rolls were delicious and the fried rice wasn’t very fried. The sole (fish) was too greasy and had a lot of spices sprinkled on top, I wouldn’t recommend. The chicken broccoli was wonderful as was the Mongolian beef. Server was outstanding and food came out fast!

We had couple traditional Cantonese dishes and they taste authentic. The beef chow fun was a bit greasy than other places but the pot was really good. The fried fish was so so. We also brought the duck wings to go and that was pretty good too. Overall the food was good but pricer compared to other Chinese restaurants in Twin Cities.

First time going to this restaurant and won’t be our last. We were very satisfied with the service as well as the food. We didn’t expect much as we were just hungry and wanted something to eat late in the evening. Happy that this place is open until 10PM so now we know where to go for some good Chinese food. In pictures, we ordered house fried rice, beef lo mein, Japanese sizzling tofu, spicy salt & pepper fried seafood, and baby bok choy in garlic sauce. Again, everything was delicious and we can’t wait to go back to try other things they have on the menu.

This was my first trip to Asia Mall. It was an eye-opening experience to see a NYC or LA style Asian only mall in MN! It’s been a super long time coming. Home Taste is the only Cantonese Restaurant in the mall. I might add that it is the only authentic Cantonese restaurant in the Edina/Chanhassen/Eden Prairie/West Bloomington region.

I ordered whole Peking duck and other foods today , and asked to take my whole duck’s bones back. But, after I was back to home, I found there were four legs inside, two of them had meat on and two of them hadn’t meat on, and there weren’t wings and neck inside. Where were my duck’s wings and neck? Who’s duck’s legs which already ate! What happened was this?

Came here with the family on a Sunday and it was busy. Service was still great and staff was attending. They recommended good food. I would say 4/5 since some of the food was a bit salty, like the meat or fried food.

There was a huge pent up demand for this new Asian Mall, and it’s great to see how busy it is mow that it’s open. Still lots of rental spaces available on the upper level in this fully remodeled former Gander Mountain/Camping World store. A gift store and an acupuncture specialist would be perfect additions to the mix. Had lunch yesterday in the Hometaste Hong Kong Cuisine restaurant. The taste and quality were excellent! Prices were a bit high, but the portions were large, and easily had leftovers for another two meals at home. The central space is a true Asian supermarket, with every imaginable Asian specialty and foods rarely-found in Minnesota. Well done!

Birthday meal with family. Good food, ordered 8 plates and shared. Some of the plates were Salty fish fried rice, chicken curry hot plate, beef chow fun, korean short ribs, roast duck, tofu plate, etc. Forgot to take a picture till part way through.
