This was an amazing find. Went to go to Southern Grit and it was closed on Mondays. But found this place instead. The Sushi was probably the best I have ever had and the Pork Belly Ramen was awesome!! The service was friendly and quick. You have to try this place!!

I sat at the bar in front of the kitchen and had amazing conversation with all of the staff. The Hall of Fame, aka the chefs choice Sushi was amazing! The 911 sauce put the Ramen exactly where I wanted it, on fire. I wish this restaurant was closer to me!

My go-to place in Knoxville whenever i crave Ramen and for the crispy pork. The salty and fatty crispy pork is amazing! Take it from a Filipino like me who grew up eating amazing roasted or deep-fried pork.

I can’t adequately describe how excellent the sushi is. Do yourself a favor and order the Hall of Fame roll which is chef’s creation. I ordered the HOF and Sunset, which was very good but if I ordered again I would order 2 HOF and let the chef work her magic! The roll she created for me was one of the best rolls I have ever had and unlike any roll I’ve had. The flavors were unique and combined so well. The portions are extremely generous and service gets 5 stars too! Highly recommend!

Fantastic sushi- appreciate the spice that’s not too overwhelming! Enjoyed the ramen especially the flavor of the broth. This place was easy to get a table fast on the weekend and great service.

Had a girls lunch here. I ordered the Ramen bowl. Very good. I liked that I could substitute the meat for something else. And I got side of Edamame. My friend ordered sushi and a side of Edamame.

We enjoyed our evening at Fin Two. My husband and I both got the Ramen. I got the crab maki and he got the lobster maki. I opted for the peach sake and he got the apple. We sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed talking to the two itame’s (sushi chefs). I lived in Japan for a while and they passed the authenticity test. We’ll be back.

Hands down the best. I eat here 8+ times a month. It’s always consistent and with the freshest ingredients. There’s no question the kitchen is clean and has a great staff. Very attentive.

I had the tonkotsu pork ramen, crispy brussels, and spare ribs as dine-in then had the godzilla roll to-go. Everything was delicious and made to order with love! All of the dishes were surprisingly a good healthy portion. The servers were all very friendly and were excited to talk about anime. Definitely will be stopping by again and highly recommend!

Our family of 3 celebrated an event for our daughter there last weekend. We called ahead on a Saturday night and they held 3 seats at the bar for us, everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The bartender even made our 9 year old a mocktail for her special day, which was delicious and priced very well. I think it helped that we sat at the sushi bar, because the chef was able to personalize her roll on the fly (since we didn’t know the futakaki had mushrooms, she put it on the side) and the staff also made some amazing food recommendations. We wanted to try the Isebi, but they were out of lobster, so we got the short rib yakitori to start – so tender and delicious with the wasabi mustard, but the best part of that dish was the house made pickles (wow)! We ordered three neighborhood Specialty rolls, a maki roll, and some nigiri which were all delicious and you could tell that the quality of the fish was top notch. We finished the night with a trio of mochi ice creams for our daughter and the adults split the tiramisu, which was spectacular with a featherlight mouse. The prices were very reasonable and the food could not have been better. We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much to the owner and the whole staff for making our night extra special!
