The man at the front is so incredibly rude, not to mention he has a stupid and punchable face. He tries to belittle you and make you feel stupid when ordering. I love all other Tokyo Grill locations and I know this one has potential. Only if the meanie at the front wasn’t there anymore. Big loser. Anyways, go to any other Tokyo Grill besides this one and you won’t regret it!

This place is tiny. A hole in the wall restaurant would have been bigger than this place. The look of this place was cold, like you were intruding. The employee at the counter didn’t help. You have to speak loudly for them to hear you through the plastic and plexy glass taped and bolted to the wall. They talk into a mic that comes out very tiny and also hard to hear. And your payment is taken through a flap that opens separately on both sides. The entire time I was here, I felt very unwelcome, like I shouldn’t have come. The pictures I took don’t convey the almost post apocalyptic feel to this place. I tried to hold off judgement until we got our food and had a chance to try it once we got home. I wish it had been good. It wasn’t. Nothing we bought tasted any good, and the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. You have to get it to go, there is no where to sit down to eat. Heck, there was barely anywhere to sit while waiting for our food. I fully understand that the pandemic is still going, but this felt extreme. We will not be going back here.

None of the cooks was not wearing any gloves while they are cooking. I also discovered hair in my food. I called the manager to let him be aware of the hair that i discovered in my food. He informed me to bring the plate back and they will make me another. This place needs to be shut down. I highly recommend people not to eat here. Eat at your risk

I’ve only stuck with one order, which is bento box with steak teriyaki. That meal itself it a 4 stars to me. It tastes great. If you’re looking for a nice place to eat and relax, this is not the spot. Guy taking orders isn’t very friendly, atmosphere is terrible, so fare I don’t ever see anyone dine in, always dine out.

The guy who answers the phone must hate his life. He is so rude and rushed me the whole time. He asked me why I was so quiet and asked why I had such a complicated order when all I asked for was no cream cheese on a roll.. I would hate to work with him and probably won’t be coming back

Asked him not to put soy sauce in the fried rice since I have an allergy and he said that he can’t do it. However, I’ve always been able to get without soy sauce at the Memphis location no problem. I told him the other location does it every time. No wonder I never see anyone parked in front of this location. First and last time at this location!

Wasted $30 because while waiting on my food I saw the guy sneeze on the food, look at me to see if I saw him, and not change gloves… I asked for a refund and guy at counter got attitude and rude about it. Didn’t get my refund nor my food…Would give 0 stars if could!

The most awful experience we’ve ever had at any Tokyo Grill location. The food quality is mediocre at best. But the service was the real kicker. 100% will not be back. Don’t waste your money going to this location. Drive on into Memphis and stop by the Park and Mt. Moriah location or the Kirby Pkwy location. They aren’t rude like the guy in here and the food is leaps and bounds better. I’m scared to even eat the sushi from here. Even the fried rice is off. Just disappointed in general and wishing we spent that $50 anywhere else.

Sushi was excellent. Quick service. Only complaint- I ordered 3 rolls to share, and they only included one spicy mayo sauce. When I asked for 2 more I was told it would cost extra.
