I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Panda Express! The food was delicious, with a wide variety of flavorful options to choose from. The orange chicken was particularly amazing – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, coated with a mouthwatering sauce. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. I appreciate the clean and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant as well. We don’t go here often but kiddos asked for it. We ordered online and pick them up. We usually check our food cause we’ve been burned several times where you get home and your order is not what you get. We’ll, that’s what happened this time! We ordered Beijing Beef but we got Beef and Broccoli as you can see in our receipt. We’re 15 mins away so driving to go back would have been 30mins. We just charge it to experience but making sure to always check food when picking up.

We put in an online order, when we got there at the time we were told to arrive the food wasn’t even close to ready. They made us wait 40 minutes while they served other people and still managed to forget parts of our order. The service was awful.

This location has horrible customer service. As a Dasher, do not accept orders here after 9 pm they will lie and say that someone has already picked up the order when the real reason is they are lazy and they are scamming doordash. We are reporting this location to doordash so that they will stop their scamming techniques.

This Panda is extremely consistent … with giving you poorly made and under portioned food. The past few times I’ve been here the orange chicken, their number one product, has been extremely unappetizing, and you get hardly any compared to the amount of side you have. On the bright side, employees are usually extremely efficient at delivering food and have good attitudes for the most part.

Went through the drive- thru assuming it would be faster because I wouldn’t have to get out of the car as I’m on my lunch break. They told me to park out front in the parking lot and I waited for over 10 minutes for a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein (both were just made so they were full bowls). After waiting 10 minutes I walked inside to find out what’s taking so long and they hadn’t even started making my food. This is completely unacceptable at any “fast” food place as there was literally 1 customer in the store when I went in. Purely lazy staff. Picture so people know I’m not making things up about no one in the store.
