Online order a pickup with Italian beef with extra beef, hot spice on side and Char-grilled Chicken avocado jack. Open it without avocado inside and very mess lettuce, onion inside the grilled chicken bun and no extra beef and no hot spices inside my ltaliana beef order. This is not the first time to place online order in this location. I don’t wanna to order pickup again with this bad experience.

Save yourself the trouble! On MULTIPLE occasions this location has failed to get an extremely simple order wrong! How does an BEEF place get confused and CONSTANTLY give me sausage?! And I’m always just told “sorry.” In the meantime I paid $15 for food I cannot eat! Take the extra few minutes to travel to another location because this one is completely incompetent!

First time actually going into the building. It was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I had a good dining experience. My favorite is the bbq chicken pizza and crispy chicken salad.

I ordered original Italian beef sandwich a very good choice. My husband ordered the quarter burger which was good with plenty of toppings. We dined in the restaurant which was new to us and the seating area nicely spread out. I enjoyed the atmosphere so please visit this location.

The food is great, but the customer service – not so much. I was there on 7/9 to pick up food for my son who resides in a nursing home due to a brain injury & paralysis. I ordered a beef with mozzarella cut in half, fries, a hot dog with everything minus onions & tomatoes & a choc shake. The sandwich was not cut in half, there were no fries, & the hot dog had everything in it. Sadly, I had confidence the order was right & did not check it before I left. The beef sand & shake were awesome! It’s sad that the rest if the order wasn’t right.

Visited on Memorial Day with my son and everything was great. Food was cooked perfectly. Had a double cheeseburger l, fries and chicken tenders. Tables were clean, bathroom was clean, and service was very good. Employee checked on us a few times to make sure we were good and even cleaned up our plates.

The food tasted good as always. Except, we ordered a ceaser salad, and a regular salad with Ranch. Paid for the extra ranch. We got 3 ranches, they did not include the ceaser dressing, hence making my salad incomplete. Common sense would implicate ceaser salad would include ceaser dressing. but Common sense is not a flower that grows in everyone’s garden.
