PSA check your pizza before you leave little Cesar’s! Husband came home with a pepperoni pizza for dinner. I opened the box and entire pizza was burned to a crisp! we tried to eat it anyways but it did not taste good at all. It was very hard and dry almost like it was cooked the day before, left out and reheated and was burned in the process. I did not call or go because after being so tired from work and with this traffic it is very difficult to get up leave when you get home.

Horrible service! Ordered online, arrived at the store 25 minutes after placing my order. The guy at the counter told me it would be another 10 minutes. Okay, no problem… except that it ended up being another 25 minutes! 50 minutes for a pizza I ordered online is nuts! Not to mention the guy at the counter didn’t even apologize for the wait or thank me for my patience. It honestly looked like he could care less about any of the customers waiting in line. What a shame – this place used to be so much better.

I hate to write bad reviews, buuuutttt… i came to pick up my mobile order (2nd time I’ve ordered at this location) and the first thing i saw was an employee eating in the back near the oven, i hope he wasn’t cutting my food. Last time i ordered thru the app, the crazy italian cheese i got was old and hard. I don’t recommend this location at all. My nieces and nephews love this place and I do too, will just have to look for another location to pick up omw home. Not to mention i’m still waiting on my mobile order that was placed 34 mins ago…

Placed an online order at 7:20 and received an email stating my pizza would be ready between 7:46 and 7:51 so I headed to the store to get there by the time specified. I’m standing in the lobby with others at 8:37 and still no pizza. Told it would be 20 minutes, then 5 minutes and still no pizza. Poor employees who have to endure the hostility and evil looks they’re online system cannot provide an accurate ETA. This was the first time in a while that I’ve ordered from Little Caesars and probably my last.

Not sure what was going on but there were 13 people in the lobby that had already place an order and have been waiting for 30-45 min for their order. I always placed an order on the portal because there is never any pizza ready. The portal is no different. Hot N ready should no longer be their logo.
