Never even got to enjoy this location because they refused to accept my takeout order 45 minutes before closing. Called and found out they cancel online ordering a whole hour before closing. Lady on the phone sounded like she was trained by a lawyer to refuse customer service without managerial consequences.

we were traveling from AZ and came to stop and get lunch, we were told it would be 1 hour till the orange chicken would be ready.. that’s absolutely ridiculous. They said they were so busy but there were 2 people in the restaurant. Definitely not a place we will be returning to.

I love Panda Food. But this visit was disappointing. I wanted Rangoons and there were only two left. The counter lady said they weren’t making any more Rangoons (12 Noon on Thursday). I offered to buy the two left (order is normally 3 for $2.25). She asked the young man who was manager and he said I had to pay full price ($2.25) for the two left over Rangoons. He didn’t bother to address me, but hid behind the counter out of sight, listening. As I told the counter lady, I make it a point to not pay more for less, so no, keep the 2 leftover Rangoons. Very, very poor customer support on the manager. Also, this restaurant has a chronic problem with supply. There were only 3 or 4 dishes available and no Sweet Fire Chicken or Rangoons and the dregs of the Greens (the lack of Greens the last 3 times I came in). I was told they weren’t going to make any more of any of these (12 Noon on Thursday). Every time I go here, it’s a supply problem of some sort, plates, cups, food, sweet and sour sauce. They are chronically short staffed and the tables and floors are not cleaned between customers, with debris on the floor and tables. We have had to clean our own tables multiple visits. I am disappointed that my local store is the poor performer because I enjoy Panda Food at other stores.

I generally visit this location about twice a week. Sometimes the super greens are not seasoned the greatest and are a little under cooked. The staff is generally ok to deal with. The food at lunch is usually pretty fresh and tasty. I will say I feel sorry for the cashier having to ask every time if I would like to donate to some unknown foundation that I always refuse (I donate to places that I can generally see my money being put to good use). Management please allow your employees to make an exception for “regulars”. It’s annoying for the customer and the employees.

Be negative stars if possible. Their posted hours and on website say closed at 9pm. We pulled up at 830pm last night off interstate. All doors locked and employees shutting down all. We weren’t the only other ones. Other people pulled up to find same issue. Don’t lie to your customers. If you post 9pm close, then close at 9. Not 830!

Awful. Please drive to Oklahoma, Thackerville specifically, to your nearest, edible, panda express. We went through the drive through received no soy sauce went inside waited another 5 minutes, and finally got some. Then once home, found out my bowl of orange chicken and white rice was actually fried rice. Absolutely disgusting, theres been many other incidents, goes without saying we will not be back. Ill go to the whataburger right next door amd wait 10 min. Before dealing with them again.
