The place is pretty cool right next to the creek behind it where you can just relax with your puppy and chill. The food is ok, the Italian sandwich was drowned in oil, tasted good though, next time just have to ask for little oil. The Cuban panini was decent, the mustard on it is really good! Overall, a decent place to stop for a quick bite!

The food here is absolutely amazing! When we went in an placed and order it took a little while for our food to get done. They were very busy. The next time that we ordered we called in and placed it for take out. So I recommend just calling in ahead of time. :)♡ We ordered the pig pickin’ sandwich and it was amazing!!! I highly recommend this place!

On our way out of OBX, we stopped and grabbed breakfast here. Very cute little place with a few tables and chairs in the inside and then a bunch of picnic tables outside. They had a nice young lady taking orders and then it seemed to be the owner in the back work on her tail off with a lot of call in orders. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and some hash browns and then I got the biscuits and gravy. Everyone really enjoyed their meal, except me and fortunately. I wasn’t a big fan of the sausage and gravy I thought it was overwhelmingly peppery but that was just my taste. We would definitely come back again especially maybe grabbing lunch or dinner looks like they have a great selection also a little cooler with macaroni and potato salad and side.

Awesome eats! Good prices! I got the Italian stallion which was delicious. You can also opt for any kind of cold or hot sandwich. The coleslaw in the potato salad were excellent. Solid spot. Good location near ramp 49. Call in an order, pick up some sandwiches and head to the beach! I almost forgot! The fried pickles were killer!

Overpriced, and while friendly, very slow service. My roast beef sandwich was mediocre at best and extremely overpriced for what I got. It took them 35 minutes to fix our order for 3 people. They may be understaffed. Don’t be in a hurry or looking for a deal if you visit this place. The only good side was while we and several other folks were waiting, we could go look at the pretty canal behind the building. Watch out for goose poop back there.

They are back! Open early with coffee and amazing breakfast sandwiches (the monte cristo is delicious) incredibly personable staff and super comfortable spot. You can also order for pickup and there’s outside seating. A must try and perfect for a quick inexpensive breakfast that you don’t have to wait forever for!

Updated Review: we returned this year to find that things have changed here. Our sandwiches were not very good and the ice cream sandwiches that we loved in the past barely had any ice cream on them. This was a very disappointing visit.
