The food was fresh and I enjoyed my club sandwich but the wait was lengthy even after pre-ordering my food online. The drive thru is pick up order only, you must place orders inside or online. One downside is there’s no way to use gift cards for payment online. They only offer credit card payments and promo codes. The place was relatively packed for 10:30AM on a Sunday. There was a crowd of patrons standing outside right at the entrance and families on the patio.

The service was good and the store is great the food that I had them only giving a four-star due to the fact that the bread was kind of weird tasting and you couldn’t taste anything else the nachos word tasty and the sauce for the French dip sandwich or whatever it’s called with the roast beef on it was bland

Door dash orders must be given priority Dashers are trying to make money for McAllister’s and ourselves [we ain’t making much as it is] Waiting ten minutes is the equivalent of asking an employee to clock out ten minutes but continue working for no pay. $10 for a six inch sandwich then making customers wait forever isn’t a good business model. No one in the entire restaurant could define the word “hustle”. I’m done accepting orders from here as will other drivers in the future if you can’t get us in and out in a timely manner. Maybe this is why the previous Gallatin location went out of business.

McAlister’s portions are very good. I had the beef and cheddar sandwich and a half salad with ranch. The bread is very soft and the meat tastes very fresh. I have been there twice now and have no complaints. I will continue to return and I recommend it to my friends and family.

I. Fish Cheap
We had the JustSpud with cheddar, sour cream and butter and the roast beef spud with au juis. We both had water and bill was just less than $20. As you may know they are two potatoes, joined together. So, plenty of food…plenty of cheese. About 1 tablespoon of sour cream. The butter pallets, (kudos for real butter) we about 1/2 tsp per serving and two servings each. I like a little potato with my butter!! My potato serving was very dry, then I remembered they didn’t give me side of au juis? When I asked, they said they poured it on the potato. That thang was dusty dry! They gave me au juis on side…I can say the water was refreshing!
