Hair! There was a hair in our wrap. We tried calling, albeit a few days later, but the guy wasn’t helpful and gave another number higher up to call. However, he must have given us his same number by mistake, but he got a bit snippy, acting like it was our fault. Otherwise, it’s a nice location, convenient for drive-thru.

My fiance went in for a interview and had to wait 30 minutes to be told the position wasn’t real. He was told he had an interview at 2pm here. He told the people at the counter and they didn’t even bother telling anyone that he was waiting. Finally someone who wasn’t even supposed to interview him comes out of the kitchen and asks what his favorite animal is as a “interview questions”. They gave him a card for the “real” application and that was it.

Taylor Griefenkemp had a similar experience to mine. Called in my order and when I went into the store to pick up the food last night (Jan 15th at 10:00ish pm) the order was wrong. The girl at the cash register instantly says to the manager “they never said that on the phone” I’m in sales so I just listened to her complain and asked if they could make it the way I would like. Then the manager proceeded to come off rude and talk down to me and repeat multiple times how “I’m going to have to wait if I’d like it remade” like it take a long time to remake a cold sandwich.

Absolutely most HORRIBLE manager ever! Wow. I am from Chicago. I have stopped here twice and each time the man with the goatee, black and green hair has the most AWFUL ATTITUDE EVER! This owner needs to put him in a NON customer facing role. I am a simple person and just order a basic sub. Each time I come here, he is HORRIBLY rude. This time my receipt did not print out, he didn’t give me a new one, and he made me reach across the counter to get my own cup. He also didn’t help the girl who was making my sub so she asked him “what did she add” and he walked away. This guy has NO managerial training let alone home training. Sir – If you dont want to work here, QUIT. Your staff are so happy. You literally are killing the mood at this location. This place is going to lose staff in an already tough market. PLEASE FIRE HIM.

Ordered my food to the wrong place. Called the store because I didn’t realize that. They offered to remake my food and bring it to me. A few minutes later received a call from the manager complaining about having to remake my food. I don’t understand why they didn’t verify who they were delivering it to and why he had to call me and be rude.
